What we collect
When you send us a message through the website, we receive what you write: your story, your name if you give it, and a phone number or email so we can reply.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, SMS, email or social media, those services handle your message under their own policies, and we keep what you send us.
We use privacy-friendly website analytics that count visits and pages viewed. They do not use cookies and do not track you across other sites.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, to quote and carry out work you ask for, and to keep a sensible record of our dealings. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Messages from the website are sent by email through Google (Gmail), and the site is hosted by Vercel. Google, Vercel and the messaging services you may use to reach us, such as WhatsApp, store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.
We share information with others only when you ask us to, such as a tradesperson or crew member for a job, or when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe and how long we keep it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We keep enquiries and job records for as long as they are useful or required, then delete them.
Emails from us
We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. If you leave an email address in the contact form, you may get one automatic thank-you note, and after that we write to you only about your enquiry.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
