Terms and conditions.

This website

This website is provided by Ray Yachting Solutions. By using it you agree to these terms.

The content is general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, technical or safety advice for your particular boat or situation.

How work is agreed

Every job is different, so we do not publish prices. Services are agreed with you directly, based on your boat, destination, timing and needs. The scope, price and conditions of each job apply as agreed with you at the time.

Nothing on this website is an offer that automatically binds us to provide a service.

Practical guidance, not surveys

Pre-purchase assistance and similar help is practical guidance from an experienced skipper. It is not a formal marine survey, and we will tell you when a qualified surveyor is the right call.

Insurance

Your boat remains insured under your own policy during any job, and you are responsible for keeping that policy valid and for telling your insurer about the work. We do not provide extra insurance over your boat.

Emergencies

We will try to help wherever we can. This is not an emergency or rescue service. In an emergency at sea, call emergency services and use your VHF or EPIRB first.

Testimonials and projects

Testimonials and project descriptions reflect the experiences of the people involved and are shared with their permission.

Our content

The text, photographs, video and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please ask before reusing them.

Liability

We take care in preparing this website, but we cannot guarantee it is always complete or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website alone. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Australian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
